Comcast announced speed increases across most of the south - any love coming for business class?

I would like to have your billing concerns reviewed. Please private message me your full name, the service address and phone number associated with the account. 

I am experiencing some intermittent speeds. I believe my speeds are much higher than I am receiving. The tech who set me up told me that my connection is very high, possible resulting in some desensitizing of signal. Whatever the case, I would like this looked at, so that I can assure that I am receiving what I'm paying for.
