Check service status for other locations.

When I login to my Comcast Business account it only shows me service status at my location. I occasionally want to check service status for our other offices in WI and IN. How do I do that?

Thanks for the tip. Those accounts are already linked. When I go to the Status page (business.comcast.com/status/) my account displays status, but the other locations show "Business VoiceEdge Service status information is not available for your services."

Hi there, user_d52b6c, glad to hear all your accounts all already linked however, sorry that the status on your other locations is not displaying in full detail. To confirm, are you logging in with your primary Xfinity ID and password? You will also want to use the Xfinity MyAccount app or website directly for better details regarding your account and features. Also, sometimes secondary user IDs will not provide full access or display the full details that the primary ID has access to.

Yes, I am logging in with primary ID.

We need to be able to see service status for all our locations. I'll call my Comcast contact and open a ticket.

Yes, I totally get where you're coming from and we would also like for you to be able to check the status for all your locations seamlessly through our applications. If you have a direct contact to help that is great! Our team can also assist with opening up a ticket and performing more tests with our tools here on the backend. :) To get started on this process,

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://comca.st/3qfrOlA;
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it"
