Can't connect to specific IP
We aren't able to connect to a VPN located at the IP 173.242.64.2. We also can't ping, and a traceroute fails to reach it. We've confirmed that it's accessible from a different internet connection.

The FQDN for the IP is aps-vpn.apsk12.org.
