Can't access a lot of website in China

Hello. I found that recently a lot of Chinese Website are blocked from my comcast business internet. For example:

This is a big site that can access using my cell phone data or VPN easily. But can't access with my comcast business internet.

Hello, @ShawnCao, thank you for reaching out in our forum for help with these sites you're having issues accessing. Just to make sure we're on the same page, have you checked with your IT department to make sure this site isn't being blocked on that end of things?

I have issues with lots of other sites that from China. This one is the big one and easier for you to debug. If you need more sites. I can find more. Thanks.

Awesome! Thanks for this information, I tested the link provided and I am not seeing any issues with navigating the the site. Have you tried loading the website using a different browser?

Yes. I tried many browser and different PC. Seems like my home network is blocked to many China site. This happened before usually when China has big events. usually it can be back to normal in a couple of weeks. But this time is especially long and no sign to get back. All the sites can be access if using VPN. Seems like some sites from China will detect certain ip from US and block it? You know the great fire wall can do many things. Is that possible? Can you use my ip to test? Is it possible to switch my ip address? Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback! If your modem and router are separate, unplug your router from the modem. Power cycle your modem and then plug in another ethernet device to the modem, once Comcast sees the mac address of the new device, you'll get a new IP.
