cannot receive calls but can call out

I can call out on all my lines but I cannot receive calls. Sometimes if the caller uses their cell phone that works but overall I cannot receive calls. Solution?!?!?

I appreciate you letting us know about this calling issue going on. Since the issue is only within incoming calls, there may be a forwarding rule on your phone lines. Could you confirm if these are disabled within the business portal?

Can call out but my customers receive immediate message when calling my business that I cannot accept calls at this time.  How do I resolve this?
