Business internet and residential tv service

I moved to a new neighborhood where cable was not present. The only way they would provide internet is we open a business acct which we pay 150.00 a month for 2 years. We were able to get residential tv service. But the apps on my smart tv says I need to be subscribed to xfinity internet service. The business internet and the residential tv service is not linked together even though they are both at the same address. I have called several times but no one has an answer. Any ideas?

Hello Sanftj1961,

If you have business Internet but residential TV unfortunately the residential TV apps will not work.

I need to connect my smart tv to internet service

I have business internet but have residential tv service, I should be able to connect my tv to the interent network I have in my home. Im paying for both services,
