An old issue has resurfaced which had previously been marked as 'resolved'. It is not.

Once again, net traffic SPECIFICALLY to twitch.tv ingest servers is being throttled at times I regurlarly livestream using their service. Upload is a main line of revenue for my business service, and it is completely unacceptable that business class internet is being throttled. Outlined in our contract is an obvious "no throttles or bandwidth limits" and to, on the hour, every day at 9PM local time, have my upload traffic throttled is completely absurd.

 

Below is a tracert to their ingest server, alongside a tracert to a YouTube live tracert.

As you can see, the IP traffic hits a comcast domain and is promptly shut down before it can leave the enviornment. I've been having this issue with my service on and off since April of last year. The current case number I have right now is CR775731847.

 

I was told by a phone agent last night that Tier2 would reach out to me in 24 hours. They didn't, so I called again and the phone agent tonight said they usually take 48 hours. Someone needs to provide a definite answer as to why my traffic is being throttled. I pay for this service to not have these issues.
