Account keep asking to setup
I bought my own modem a year ago when i ordered the bussiness internet and just yesterday got around to switching it over. I have better speed but it keeps asking my to verify my account and blocks some website. Defaulting to the Xfinity setup page. I have put in the informayion many times and the internet works. How do i stop this from popping up. It does it to my Backroom POS. And a pain to put in the account information while tring to run my bussiness. Also there where to change my service to a 3x's faster for a lower price but speed has not increased other then the increase from my new modem

Hi Hawkins_Footwear and welcome to the business forums.
When adding the modem, did you speak with a representative to do so? They usually have to manually swap your modem internally. If you didn't, I can do so for you. Please private message me your full name, the name of your business, the full address and the phone number associated with your account. Please also include the make, model and mac address of your modem.
