Able to access public Xfinity Hotspots on all devices except my laptop.

I like making use of the xfinity hotspots but for some reason my laptop is unable to do so.   It does not re-direct me to the login gateway, regardless of browser, devices connected, etc.  I've tried all the DIY solutions I could find but none were of any help.  I even had our in house IT guy look at it and he couldn't figure it out. 

This is extremely frustrating and any help you can provide would be most appreciated.   Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.
