XFINITY SSID does not show up on my laptop.

My desktop can see the XFINITY SSID:

DESKTOP DESKTOP

My laptop can not see the XFINITY SSID:

LAPTOP LAPTOP

They are 2 feet away from each other.

I want my laptop to be able to see the XFINITY SSID, so I can log on to XFINITY when I take the laptop home.

No, it can't see 5g.

I was able to see the XFINITY ssid for an entire year earlier using my laptop. I can no longer do so the past month or so.

I would like to assist with your hotspot issue. Is your laptop able to see 5 GHz networks?

Thanks for letting me know.

Due to a recent firmware update, all business gateways have the 2.4 hotspot radio automatically disabled. I do apologize, however, we are not able to enable this.

Please let me know if you need anything.
