WIFI

I have 2 wireless networks (2.4 and 5 GHZ) set up. I can connect to both with my mobile devices but I don't have access to the internet using my devices. Are there any settings that I need to activate?

Hello FLLRETAIL and welcome,

Your Private WIFI uses the same DCP3939B (DPC) internal LAN DHCP server as your wireline interconnect. If you have Enet cabled Computers, just make sure you are connect the Enet cable to one of the free LanPorts on the DPC and you should be able to access internet no problem. If you computers are wifi then make sure they are configured for same then check the wifi network for the SSIDs.
