We have a business wi-fi plan. When our tech came out to install our services, he informed me that they didn't have any wireless routers available right now, and I said that was fine as long as we could get one later. So he went ahead and installed a wired-only router. Our install date was December 4th. Can you please advise status of our wi-fi router?

Simply call 8003913000 and use technical option, ask technical agent to schedule a technician to complete your installation.
