What are hours for live agent?
It doesn't matter when I call I cannot get a live agent via chat or online?! How does this work? Where are the hours listed? I thought it was 24/7

Live agents are available 24/7 for phone support, but chat availability can vary depending on the time of day and overall volume. If chat is busy, the system may not present the option right away, which can definitely be frustrating.
If you’re calling, make sure you’re saying “agent” or pressing 0 when prompted. Sometimes the system will try to route you through automated steps first, but asking directly for an agent can help push it through.
You can also check the “Contact Us” page on Xfinity.com. The hours for different departments are listed there, since some teams like billing, mobile, or repair scheduling may have slightly different availability.
