Trouble signing into Xfinity wifi hotspot on laptop using Comcast Business account

Trying to use our company Comcast Business account to access Xfinity wifi hotspots. I'm able to sign in on my Android phone, but not on my laptop. Keep getting an error message that says email or password are incorrect.
Anyone know of a solution to this problem?

I would like to assist with the login issue you're having. Are you able to try a different laptop and see if the same error occurs? If it does, please private message me your full name, the business name, the phone number associated with the account and the username you are using to login with.

I am having the same problem with both my phone and my laptop.  What can I do to correct this problem?

I'll be more than happy to take a look and see what's going on. Please send me a private message with your first and last name, the phone number registered to your account and the username you're using to access the Xfinity Hotspot.
