@isaac_vi Hello, and thanks for reaching out! There are a few factors we would have to look at to determine if you'd be able to switch to a residential account. If the address where you have services is not zoned for residential, we wouldn't be able to switch the account type. Also, if you have a commitment for your business account and you switch to residential, you would want to make sure you won't be charged for cancelling services early. I would recommend first contacting our Loyalty team at 1(800)391-3000.
