Outage at my store all day

I am trying to receive credit for an outage that occurred at my business. Please advise.

Hello, @user_560b06 I hope overall your day is going well. I know a service interruption hinders the day, but hopefully everything is on the up and up. Have you already called us at 1-800-391-3000 to request a credit? Just curious because we always want to provide simple and easy support. You might also be able to automatically request a credit here after signing in.
