Obtaining Passwords for WiFi

When I enrolled with Comcast Business Internet a few years ago, the installation tech wrote down two WiFi names and two passwords (one set for 2.5 WiFi and the other for 5.0 WiFi) on a post it note. I've never used the WiFi, now I want to and I can't dind the post it note. I can't find a way either (i) on this website or (ii) through the support phone tree to get help. How do I get new passwords?

Hi sdelsolray and welcome to the business forums.

There's a few ways to manage your WiFi and I'll be glad to over those options. You are able to manage the SSID and passwords with the business portal shown here in the following link:

You are also able to log in the the gateway's interface to manage these settings as well:
