Need to downgrade my service they charge me with ETF
In the past 3 days I am trying to get help from Comcast customer service , by lowering my monthly payment, or downgrading my service , I spoke with 3 different agents and have been told 3 different prices, they are not helping me and I am confused which one of the information is the correct information. I am almost closing my business do to no activity , my contract with Comcast is over by June 2018. It is hard to pay the monthly premium when there is NO business at all. Is there anybody can help?
