Missing Internet Settings on MyAccount Page

Hello, 

 

I seem to be missing settings on the MyAccount page for the internet service.

Here is what I see:

But according to the support page I should see more options.

What can I do to get these options on the page?

Thank you for your help.  We are not having any service issues.  However, I still cannot see the additional options on that page.

Thank you Joseph,

 

After conferring with my Tier II support I have to apologize but at this time access to the Xfinity Wifi Management has been disabled. I am not aware of when this feature will be restored but if you would like your Xfinity signal disabled I can do that for you.
