I Need Public WIFI Turned Off

Question

I have requested once to have the public WIFI turned off but it came on again. I wish there was a way to disable this from the interface, this is a security problem with my business. How do I go about getting this disabled?

Hello ipalette and welcome,

There is an in process firmware update that should be available soon for DPC3939b customers to enable the customer interface to disable the xfinitywifi public access. However, you should now call into 800-391-300, use the technical high speed internet option, and request that the technical agent disable this for you.
