How do I turn off "Xfinity mobile" and "xfinity wifi" ssids ?

Question in title.  I can't find anything in the "cusadmin" interface to turn these off.

rob__jr Thanks for reaching out to us for assistance with turning off the hotspot on your Xfinity gateway. This would be done through either the Xfinity app, or the admin tool with a device directly connected to the gateway. Please keep in mind the device will need to be out of bridgemode first if you have that set up for the app to be able to access the gateways settings. Please let me know if this helps with your question.

@Comcast_Eric I have static ips so there is no bridge mode.  I have "wifi" turned off in the "cusadmin" interface but it's till broadcasting the other 2 ssids.  I'm not sure what to do next.

@rob__jr we might be able to turn them off and disable them on our end. Please send us a direct message, so we can take a closer look. Just include your name, account number and your full service address.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list

- A “Comcast_Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
