Enable Business Hotspot

I am unable to enable my business hotspot. On the account portal it shows enabled, but both SSIS's are not broadcasting (xfinity / XFINITY). How can I fix this?

I can certainly see why you need to get that updated and available to your customers, these days a solid connection for your business is a must. Just to confirm, are you using an Xfinity modem?
