Does Comcast Provide VPN tunneling Service through Cisco RV Routers?

I have installed IP Cameras on different locations in the USA and want to monitor all those from India. The latency and buffering in Live View is becoming an issue, So would VPN tunnel with Cisco RV Routers on both sites help in anyway? If so, then does Comcast provide VPN tunneling service?

Thanks for your question. VPN tunneling may improve your latency issue, however, I would not able to advise on how to set this up since this would be passed the Comcast Business demarcation policy. At this time, Comcast Business does not offer VPN services. This would need to be set up within your personal network. Please let me know if you need anything.
