Disable my Xfinity public hotspot

Hi I can't seem to disable my hotspot from the business portal and I was told moderators on this forum can help disable it.

Looking at your account I do not see business WiFi being provided nor the equipment to service that feature. I could be looking at the wrong account for assistance. Would you please send me a private message with more details to the issue so I can help.

Hello,

 

I disabled my public hotspot 3 weeks ago, but when looking at the XFINITY WiFi app today, I still see my name and location on the map.  How do I remove my information from the map?
