convert business to residential

I am trying to convert my business/commercial account to a residential account.  I keep bouncing back and forth between residential and business.  Can someone please help?

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

@Comcast_Otari​ "Xfinity Support" doesn't come up when I type in the To: box.

That is odd. Does anything come up if you only write "Xfinity"?

Actually, please try this: 

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

NOthing exists for Xfinity so I typed comcast business and it worked this morning.
