Contract Copy

Hello,

We are looking for a copy of our contract for internet services, as well as any of the following information that is not already in the contract:

-Monthly / annual costs

-Contract expiration date / term

-Early termination fees or other penalties

-Anticipated changes upon renewal (rate increase, etc.)

Could someone please advise how we could best go about obtaining this information?
