Comcast Cisco modem broadcasting extra unwanted ssid
I am broadcasting XFINITY and XFINITYWIFI which is fine I want that but now i have a new open network that doesnt work but is super anoying.
name of ssid is SSID2-2.4
Confirmed 100% it is being broadcast by my new modem. My neighbor is not broadcasting this from his brand new xfinity wifi router why is mine?
I want it gone how can this happen it was broadcasting even when I disable XFINITYWIFI broadcast via online portal, the only way to enable disable that network.
When i login to modems mgmt interface ai can see the # of devices connected to the rogue SSID2-2.4 network when i hover over the green checkmark Wifi icon at top of interface webpage.
HELP lol
