Change wifi password

Hello maurrean and welcome to forums.

For Comcast Wireless Gateways the default username and password are "cusadmin" & "highspeed" without the quotes. You can reach the modem with the default IP of "10.1.10.1". If you are having trouble accessing the modem I can reset for you just send a private message to proceed. As for any other access points if it was not provided by Comcast we would not be able to make any changes for you. Perhaps doing a google search for your model access point and its default information, also how to do a factory rest to the devices. I hope this information helps.
