Cannot secure my wireless internet connection.

I have been to half a dozen sites, trying to follow instructions to make our wireless internet connection secured with a password. However, what I see is never what is posted with the instructions.

Please help me secure and password protect our wireless internet connection!

Hi bestrealty and welcome to the business forums.

I would like to help with your connection issue. However, looking at your first screenshot, this looks to be the interface of a gateway without wireless capabilities. You wouldn't be able to manage your wireless connection since WiFi signal is not coming from Comcast. If you would like to upgrade your gateway, please private message me your first and last name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your business account.
