Cannot access account settings on site, still have "onboarding" redirect.

It has been 48 hours since our business internet installation, and I cannot access any of the settings/options as I am still redirected to the "onboarding" page when I log in. The only tabs are "overview" and "account details". I would like to change the password of our in-store wifi and the wifi network name, but even finding other links in the help section always redirect me to the onboarding page.
