Business WiFi outage credit

My business internet was out for most of the day on 8/20/2024 due to an outage in the area. I see others are getting refit for this. How do I go about getting a credit as well?

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

How does one go about getting a business WiFi outage credit?  My office was impacted by an outage last Friday. Additionally, my spouse's office has been down for the better part of three weeks. We try to call and the automated system hangs up. Please advise as there are multiple businesses that have been affected locally. We know how to apply for the residential outage credit - but need to ensure we get properly compensated for downtime (as we lose billable hours).
