Account Login doesn't work for Xfinity WiFi Hotspots

My email address and password for my Xfinity business account is not working when trying to access wifi hotspots. I know the login credentials I'm are using are correct because they work fine when logging into the app and website. Please help!

Apologies for any confusion. To privately chat with us, so we can access the account and assist,  please send us a peer to peer chat message with your full name, business name, complete service address, and account number or phone number to "Comcast Business". To do so, simply follow these steps: 

 

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon located in the upper right corner of this page
 • Click the "New message" icon (pencil and paper) 
 • Type "Comcast Business" in the to line and select "Comcast Business" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
