VoiceEdge Desktop App: disabling for inbound calls when in the office and a desktop phone is available

We have the app loaded to our laptops and use it frequently when travelling and/or working from home.  However, on 'in office' days when a desktop phone is available we'd like to disable the app on the laptop and only receive the inbound call via the desktop phone or vice-versa.  The app clearly shows this feature as available but locked out and we're unable to change the setting

Hey there, steven_becker, I definitely apologize for the issues you are having with the app. We would be happy to take a look at your settings to ensure you have everything set up correctly on your account so you are able to seamlessly switch from the app to your desktop phone.
