Users can NOT change their Password!
The ability for users to change their portal password is BROKEN.
Please report this for repair.
Thank You.
Users can NOT change their password in the portal - an error is generated when the submit the change.
Admins also can NOT reset a users password. The password reset email is sent, but when the user clicks on the link and fill out the form with their new password an error is generated.
In both cases, an error is reported with a message to try again later.

Let's take a deeper look into this together.
Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
