Users can NOT change their Password!

​The ability for users to change their portal password is BROKEN.​

​Please report this for repair.​

​Thank You.​

​Users can NOT change their password in the portal - an error is generated when the submit the change.​

​Admins also can NOT reset a users password.  The password reset email is sent, but when the user clicks on the link and fill out the form with their new password an error is generated. ​

​In both cases, an error is reported with a message to try again later.​

Let's take a deeper look into this together. 

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send it
