Trying to hold to a 3 year contract when I have paperwork that clearly states otherwise

I have contacted the phone number to cancel my service with Comcast because the VoiceEdge phones were not working as needed for our office. I waited out the 2 years that I signed up for and called into cancel. Customer Service rep Kim told me that I signed for a 3 year contract and that it would cost me $1227 for warly termination. She emailed me a copy on 01/29/18 of part of the contract and I in return emailed her on 01/30 the service order agreement showing the Promotion Code BVE_CS_$29.99 showing that a 2 year minimum was required and that was what I agreed too.

I heard nothing back from Kim, so on 02/08/18 I contacted customer service again and spoke to someone else explained what was going on and she agreed to send me the Disconnect request form. When I received it, showed that I would owe the $1227 to disconnect. I corrected form and crossed of the amount due and changed to $0 put my explanation of why and again included a copy of the service order agreement. And questioned where to return equipment? This was agian returned to Kim .

As of today 02/15/18, I again have heard nothing back from Comcast. What does it take to get a response if you don't agree and have proof. I just want to know that the service is cancelled and I owe nothing.

Thank You

Hello Cheri and welcome to the business forums.

I can certainly review your disconnection request. Please private message me your full name and the name of your business again, the full service address and the phone number associated with your business account.
