Transfers
When I transfer a call and talk to the intended recipiant and they say they do not want to take the call is there a way to get that call back? I know if I wait the call will come back to me, but is there a simplier less time consuming way?

We have the Panasonic KX-TPA65. I need to know how to get back to a transferred call when using the warm transfer option if the individual is unavailable.

Do you happen to have the Call Park feature set up? If it's available it should be in the Function Key list. The Call Park feature number would need to be set up beforehand by the administrator and you may need to enter a parking zone number to retrieve the call, although depending on the set up you might also be able to retrieve the call by hitting the soft key that is labelled PARK.
