Time/Date out of Sync
One of our Polycom phones are displaying Time/Date Out Of Sync. I have tried restarting the phones but this has not resolved. Please help.

You’ve reached the best place and perfect person to help with virtually all of your account needs! Going forward, I'm truly sorry to hear about your Polycom phones being out of sync with the date/time display as I know this can be frustrating. To confirm, are you able to toggle within the settings on the device to update this to your appropriate time zone etc.? You're also welcome to send us a private message by clicking my name "ComcastJosephW" then select "Send a Message" on the right side with your name and service address so we can take a closer look in more depth.
