We start experiencing today PM big issues:

- the calls are coming and we cannot answer thru the desktop app

- we reset the app and it shows that we were on a call for over 20 minutes ...the app was turned off

- when calls are coming in we we click the answer button and it does not work...

- not able to make ant transfer calls

Basically due to the huge issues we had we had to switch back to the Polycom units - the problem is we have employees working remotely and they do not have this option.

If you're not able to get a hold of someone there, please send us a private message by selecting the chat icon in the top right-hand corner. Then search for Xfinity Support.

Did you ever get this resolved? We have been having the same issue for 3+ months with no resolution.

Hello! Please send me a private message with your full name and full address. I can most definitely take a further look at this issue. You can do so, by clicking on the chat icon, in the top right hand corner of your screen, and once you click on that icon, you should be able to search "Xfinity Support",which should then give you the ability to send us a message.
