We're adding some VLANS to our network. The phones will end up being on a different subnet than the Edgewater appliance. Routing will be in place to allow communication between the phones and the appliance but I'd like to know if making this change will break things. I'm assuming that the appliance

I had service but you keep messing with it making it impossible to work. I even got the connections pro you suggested at an additional charge. PLEASE put it up and leave it alone this is so frustrating, and I am trying to keep my job here.

One of my business internet service lines drops off every week at the same time - and it’s always during the time slot when I need it most. Sunday AM from 9:00 to 10:30. What’s up with that? Located in downtown Little Rock, AR.

I have 6 SSID currently being broadcast apparently through my Comcast Wfi equipment. From reviewing commnets over the past 2 years in this forum, this is resolved through a firmware reset of some sort. Can you provide instruction or support on doing this?
