Speakerphone 10-20 delay

Many times phone hand set to phone speaker delay is caused by 2-wire to 4-wire connection. If you have 2-wire analog phone jacks and are using a digital 4-wire phone wiring connection, this can cause a delay from handset microphone to speaker phone.

You might want to check your phone to see if it has any echo cancellation programmability you can adjust. If not, then you may have to consider getting all your analog 2-wire phone jacks converted to 4-wire.
