Softphone problems
Hello, We're experiencing 3 main issues with the new softphone:
1. In some cases the desk phone will ring but the softphone will not. This is intermittent as it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.
2. The softphone will not allow us to hang up in some cases when dialing out to a customer. This is extremely problematic if we are leaving a voicemail as there's no other way to end the phone call.
3. The softphone dialer will not work consistently while on the call. we use a system that at the end of the call, my agent enters a phone pin in to claim the call. This is not working with the new softphone as the keys entered from the dialer do not work while on the call.
These are just a few of the issues noticed since we've been forced off the old softphone and forced to use this one.
We are entering in the issues using the feedback tool as we come across them.

Can you replicate the issue on any PC? Is it every workstation / every user?
