Sharing a VoiceEdge profile

Hi, we have two operators that need to access the voicemails using VoiceEdge for the same voicemail box.  We are having issues with calls not hanging up, not able to delete voicemails.  Does anyone know if sharing a single VoiceEdge profile on two computer is causing us issues?

Hi, there! So sorry to hear you are having difficulties deleting voicemails or hanging up the phone call. With Shared called appearance each device can support up to five Shared Call Appearance lines, but a single line can be shared on up to 35 difference devices. So sharing a VoiceEdge Profile should not be causing these troubles. 

 

First, where are the voicemails attempting to be deleted from? The device, VoiceEdge Desktop app, or the Comcast Business app?

The issues is on VoiceEdge Desktop app.  Two operators that both need to access the same data.
