Poly Rove B2 Login error

I received a new Poly Rove B2 from comcast and in order to change the IP I need to login to the web ui. When going to there for the first time, I am prompted with a username and password. It should be admin and admin for first time use but it is not letting me login

If you haven’t changed the username and password, log in with:

- Username: admin
- Password: password

Sadly no, this didn't work. This is the first time setup, we didn't change it. Anything else it could be?

What I provided above is the default, if its not been worked that would mean it has been changed at one time, how long have you had the business voice service?

For years, would comcast change the password then send it to me? If it was changed I wouldn't know what that is

We dont change it would have had to be changed by the user
