Parts of Portal Down?

When trying to navigate to manage one of our sites' BVE Manager, under the Dashboard, I keep getting "An error occurred", or when navigating using the side bar for things such as Automated Attendants,

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."

I've tried in different browsers with the same result.

Hey there @MWatsonANB. Thank you for the breakdown of your situation with the BVE Manager portal. Have you attempted clearing your cache and cookies on the device you're having difficulties accessing the portal from? Is there an option to access the portal from another device?

@Comcast_Brad​ This is not working. I keep getting intermittent messages as per my OP. This really is the worst communications portal I have ever used. I'm trying in different browsers, and nothing is working.

Thank you for sharing those details with us. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number so that we can look into this further. Send us a message by clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it

The BVE management portal is borderline unusable. The set up is confusing to begin with and then things don't work or you get errors like this:

Bad Request - Request Too Long


HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long.

Seriously?

Trying to update some Comcast Business Voice Edge voicemail settings and getting another of my favorites:

The webpage at https://business.comcast.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
