No Audio for Automated Attendant when line is dialed
I've set up my automated attendant greeting and configured my routing options. When my direct line is dialed, there is no audio for my recording and instead gives a general voicemail greeting. What steps did I miss?
I also wanted to know if there was a way to configure call forwarding to cell phones for a couple employees listed in our directory. The call forwarding feature listed on the main site seems to forward ALL calls to ONE number.

In regard to call forwarding, how many different numbers are you attempting to forward to? Are you wanting them to be called if the main number doesn't answer first or do specific calls need to be forwarded to specific employees?
