Incoming calls go directly to voicemail

When calls are transferred to me, or people try to dial directly, they are routed directly to my voicemail after the phone rings for a fraction of a second. My phone is the only one of over a dozen that displays this behavior. I have disabled #21 and #41 already

Login to the dashboard and check to see if DND is turned on for that extension. Unlikely, but worth checking. If not, call BVE support and have them check the status on that extension.
