Identify forwarding calls (Caller ID) from the VoiceEdge

Hello.
Our company is using the call forwarding feature on personal phones for emergency cases.
However, caller ID shows the phone numbers only. It is hard to identify a call from forwarding or something else.

Please help us if anyone knows how to make that change on the VoiceEdge manager portal.

Hello, we are also seeing the awesome Voice Edge option for the services through this helpful link https://business.comcast.com/support/article/voice/manage-call-forwarding-for-business-voiceedge. Are you wanting each number when using the call forwarding option to have its individual phone number appear when it is in use?

We are currently using the "Be Anywhere" feature without Answer Confirmation.
Answer confirmation is required to answer a call each time to complete the call.
We are figuring out the option before answering the call if it is available.

For example on the caller ID: 

  • Forwarding call: VoiceEdge - xxx-xxx-xxxx
  • Regular call: xxx-xxx-xxxx

Please help us if you have suggestions.

@GTHAUS Only the phone number will display unless it is saved as a contact or the person making the call has their own Caller ID option enabled to display their information. 

I no longer work for Comcast.
