I have called 4 times in past 2 hours and been hung up on everytime

Need to talk to someone on changing hours that phone rings in office and been hung up on 4 times now

Create time and holiday schedules online

The following content is only applicable to Business Voice and VoiceEdge Select customers. If you are a Business VoiceEdge customer, please refer to Manage time and holiday schedules for Business VoiceEdge. Get detailed information on how to Manage your Automated Attendant settings.

Access time and holiday schedule settings

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Phone from the Services dropdown.
    • Note: Only a Primary Manager has access to manage schedules.
  2. Expand the Account menu and select Manager Settings.

Add a time or holiday schedule

  1. In the Manage schedules section, select Add new schedule.

  2. Enter or select the following information:
    • Enter the Schedule name. Select the Schedule type from the dropdown as Time or Holiday. Select the Checkmark to confirm.
  3. Select Add event.

    Add schedule details to each rule.

  4. Enter the appropriate information and select Save.

  5. Select Finish.

Manage a time or holiday schedule

  1. Expand the schedule and select Manage schedule.

  2. Expand an existing event and select the Pencil icon to edit details.
  3. Select the Pencil icon beside Add event.
    • Note: Create multiple events as needed. For example, create separate events if your business is open from 9 am to 5 pm on Monday - Thursday and 9 am to 3 pm on Fridays.
  4. Select Finish once all updates are completed.

How can I speak to a representative?

For most concerns with Business VoiceEdge, we would advise you contact a dedicated representative at 1-800-741-4141. I know you mentioned earlier you were unable to get through calling the normal business line. We can connect with the business services team and have them contact you if you'd like. Please start a peer-to-peer chat with the employees here on the forums;

 

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary
2. Click the "Peer to Peer Chat" icon or https://comca.st/2QwQE34
3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
4.  The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
  - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
5.Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
6. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

 

We ask that you please include your name, the business name on the account, the phone number for the account, and the service address alongside your inquiry so we can best assist.
