HUNT GROUP

Is there a way to temporary turn off the hunt group so a call can be transfered to a phone and a message  can be left on that number.

Hi SPEED and welcome to the business forums.

 

I can certainly assist with your hunt group inquiry. You are able to manage this through the Business Voice Edge portal. When in use, this would be set to active and you are also able to temporarily disable this by changing the status to inactive.
