Horrible connection on caller side only
We have had complaints all day that the connection on the caller’s side is terrible. We can hear them just fine. I’ve tried calling, chatting and logging in for support but none of it is available. Is anyone else having this problem?

We are having voice delay issues when using the VoiceEdge Desktop App.
By chance, is this issue when you using the VoiceEdge Desktop App?
